Logos

It is a lot of fun for me to design logos. This may be my favorite aspect of graphic design. It is more of a hobby than work.

This is the logo I developed for my online invitation and announcement endeavor, It's Personal Prints.

These logos were designed for a small, start-up toy company. At the time I designed these, they hadn't yet settled on a name for their business, so I helped them do some brainstorming on names and designed logos based on those potential names. Their products were bathtub toys for smaller children shaped like fish, so with the last logo, I tried to incorporate the fish theme.

Prior to entering a campus wide design competition for Shuai Ties, I worked directly with the owner of the company designing logos. Through his feedback and research, we settled on the version with the brackets. I designed the final image, with just the brackets and the tie, when he asked for a symbol that he could use without any text, the way Nike sometimes uses their famous "Swoosh" with or without text.

For an advertising class, I had to create an ad campaign for a product of my own imagination. I came up with Speedle, a GPS device that would tell you the current speed limit anywhere you were driving. Here is the logo, the first thing I designed for this assignment.
